Studio Policies

YOUNG STUDENT POLICY 

Our studio classes are designed for adults 18 years of age and older. Children under 18 who wish to attend a studio class must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian and are expected to participate without distracting the class. 

The child and parent and/or guardian must agree and follow the below expectations:

  1. Register the child participant for class using our class app 
  2. Purchase a class pass or membership for the child participant 
  3. Place the child's mat next to the child's adult supervisor and ensure the child will not disrupt class

The parent and/or guardian must agree  to ensure their child will not disrupt the class. If the child becomes a distraction to the class or instructor, the instructor reserves the right to ask the parent/guardian and child to quietly leave, expecting their full understanding and willingness to comply. Examples of disrupting class include: talking and/or making noise during class, reading, using an ipad, running around during class, playing during class, etc.)

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up to the class and don't cancel, your credit will be considered used and deducted from your account. All-access members with unlimited credits will automatically be charged a $10 no-show fee to your card on file.

EXPIRATIONS

All class pass expiration dates are listed and enforced

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours before class begins. Late cancellations will not be issued a refund

LATE ENTRY

Late entry is not permitted. For the safety of you and others in the room, late entry is not permitted under any circumstances. You will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 15 minutes prior to class and must leave 15 minutes after class ends. Please be on your mat at the time class begins. 

EQUIPMENT

You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. We have shared mats and equipment available for free. You may also purchase your own mat and equipment in the studio. 

LOST & FOUND

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email your studio directly for any items left behind.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support.

We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party. We do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We do not offer refunds, extensions, class credit, or transfers. All class credits, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.
