As Nike trainers, leader in wellness and movement enthusiasts, the pair brings over 30 years of experience in holistic fitness, community building, and social entrepreneurship. With a strong commitment to sustainability, work-life balance, and community connection, Lauren and Leah founded People’s Yoga to bring accessible wellness practices to overlooked and under-resourced communities of color. Together we’ll create an inspired space where movement and community engagement meets corazón.
The dynamic duo, Lauren and Leah, are driven by a passion for inspiring creativity, movement, and innovation. As former athletes turned entrepreneurs, they bring a unique blend of skills and education to ignite local entrepreneurship and social change. Their journey from being busy moms to influential business leaders has endowed them with invaluable insights into the importance of practical fitness routines, healthy habits, and robust community support.
