About the Event
Strength & Recovery for Runners is your full-body reset — a powerful blend of strength training, cardio, and intentional recovery designed for runners. We'll begin with an all-levels 1-mile community run led by Running Mamis. Then, we'll transition into a runner-focused strength training session designed to build stability and support the muscles that power your runs, followed by intentional recovery through foam rolling and mobility work to release tension and help your body recover deeply. Whether you're training for a race, returning to running, or simply curious about trying something new, this class is for you. All paces are welcome. Walking is welcome.
