Grounded in Pride is a spacious, affirming, and deeply nourishing 2 hour restorative yoga & meditation experience designed to honor rest as healing, celebration, and liberation. In a world that often asks LGBTQIA+ communities to stay vigilant, this workshop offers something different: a place to soften. Through gentle, fully supported restorative postures, guided meditation, breathwork, and intentional stillness, you’ll be invited to release, reflect, and reconnect. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each shape is designed to support your body completely—allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to rest without effort. Over two grounding hours, we’ll create space to celebrate identity, resilience, belonging, and the radical power of rest. Accessible to all bodies and all experience levels, this workshop centers softness, inclusion, and the reminder that your body deserves peace exactly as it is. Come as you are.
