Learn the basics of prenatal yoga so you can adapt common poses safely and feel empowered stepping into any yoga class—on any side of town. Along the way, you’ll connect with other moms-to-be, share stories, and build a supportive community for your pregnancy journey. All trimesters and experience levels are welcome.
